  1. A lungfish is three genera of fleshy-finned 
  2. bony fishes of the subclass Dipnoi, found in 
  3. Africa, South America, and Australia. They 
  4. have elongated bodies, and grow to about 2m 
  5. (6ft), and in addition to gills have `lungs' 
  6. with which they can breathe air during 
  7. periods of drought conditions.
